Design and Exchange Agreement

By moving forward with a selected tier or submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following:

Design Philosophy & Materials

 

The Floral Reclaim works exclusively with reclaimed and thoughtfully sourced artificial florals.

Each collection is:

  • carefully cleaned

  • curated for cohesion

  • designed with reuse and restraint in mind

 

Because materials are reclaimed, natural variation is expected and considered part of the work’s character. No two collections are identical.

Collections, Tiers & Intended Use

 

Each collection is selected within a specific tier, which outlines the intended scale of use (such as number of tables or focal areas). Tier details are provided separately and are incorporated by reference into this agreement.

All tiers are described using approximate coverage, not guarantees.


Language such as designed for, typically supports, and approximately reflects real-world variation in table size, layout, and styling preferences.

​

Florals are designed for spaces, not exact guest counts.

 

Design Discretion & Scope

 

Within each selected tier, The Floral Reclaim retains design discretion to ensure:

  • visual balance

  • cohesive styling

  • structural integrity​

​

Specific flower varieties, exact quantities, or identical replication of reference photos cannot be guaranteed.

​

Requests beyond the selected tier may require adjustment or a custom addendum.

​

Direct Exchange & Fulfillment

 

All collections are offered via direct exchange.

  • Shipping may be provided at the customer's cost

  • Exchange and/or studio pickup is coordinated locally in Fort Worth

  • Timing is coordinated after purchase or confirmation

 

Once exchanged, responsibility for care and handling transfers to the client.

 

Care & Handling

 

Collections are designed for gentle, intentional use.

 

Florals should not be:

  • altered

  • trimmed

  • permanently modified

  • exposed to excessive heat, moisture, or force

 

Normal handling wear is expected; intentional damage is not.

 

Adjustments & Resolution

 

If an issue arises, communication should occur within 48 hours of exchange.

 

When appropriate, reasonable efforts may include:

  • substitution or adjustment (when available)

  • partial refund or credit

  • exchange for comparable value

 

Resolutions are handled thoughtfully and at the discretion of The Floral Reclaim.

Delivery & Setup

​

On-site setup is not provided.

​

All collections are designed to be easily placed and arranged within your space. Delivery may be available depending on timing and location and is not guaranteed.

​

Payment & Retainer

 

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to begin the design process and secure your date.

​

The remaining balance is due prior to your event or agreed exchange date.

​

Because each collection is prepared specifically for your space and timing, retainers are not transferable once design work has begun.

​

Refunds & Returns - Offered locally only

 

If keeping your florals is not feasible, pieces may returned within 30 days for up to 20% credit, depending on condition and what is able to reused.

 

Credit amounts are determined at the discretion of The Floral Reclaim based on:

  • condition upon return

  • completeness of the collection

  • ability to reintegrate materials into future work

​

Return drop-off is arranged locally.

 

Refunds are not offered.

​

Acknowledgment

 

By selecting a collection or moving forward with a tier, the client acknowledges understanding of:

  • the reclaimed nature of materials

  • approximate coverage language

  • the direct exchange model

  • design discretion within the selected tier

 

This agreement exists to support clarity, trust, and care for the work.
