By purchasing from or working with The Floral Reclaim, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

Nature of Our Florals

The Floral Reclaim works exclusively with artificial florals that have been reclaimed, gently used, or thoughtfully sourced. Each piece is cleaned, renewed, and redesigned with care. Because of this process, minor variations, wear consistent with prior use, and natural differences between pieces are to be expected and are part of the character of reclaimed work.

One-of-a-Kind Designs

All collections and bundles are one of a kind. While reference images and inspiration may be discussed, exact replication is not guaranteed. Design decisions are guided by available inventory, balance, and cohesion within the space.

Pre-Made vs Custom Work

Pre-made collections are available as designed and sold as shown.

Limited custom requests may be accommodated depending on availability, timing, and reclaimed inventory. Submission of an inquiry does not guarantee acceptance of custom work.

Purchases & Payments

All florals are offered for purchase, not rental, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Pricing reflects design time, sourcing, preparation, and availability. Payment terms, deposits (if applicable), and timelines will be outlined prior to confirmation.

Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the nature of reclaimed, one-of-a-kind designs, refunds and returns are not offered.

If an issue arises with your order, please reach out within 48 hours of purchase or delivery, and every reasonable effort will be made to address the situation. This may include repair, partial credit, or exchange at the discretion of The Floral Reclaim.

Fulfillment

Orders are carefully packaged and shipped from Fort Worth, Texas. Local delivery may be available on a limited basis and will be discussed individually.

Liability

The Floral Reclaim is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, placement, weather exposure, venue conditions, or misuse after exchange.

Acceptance

By submitting payment or completing an inquiry that leads to a confirmed order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
